• Items in stock will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order placement. This does not apply to weekends and public holidays.
• All personalised requests delay the processing time. Please take careful note of this.
• All Tungsten-Carbide rings will be shipped within 5 Working Days from when the order is placed.

• Major Centers 1-2 working days
• Out-lying Areas 3-5 working days
• Orders can also be collected from our showroom in Illovo, Johannesburg. As soon as the order is ready, we will inform you by e-mail.

• For orders up to R50,000 we use The Courier Guy
• For orders over R50,000 we use Ram Hand-to-Hand
• Parcels are all fully insured for your peace of mind
