- Items in stock will be processed and shipped within 24 hours of order* placement. This does not apply to weekends and public holidays.
- All personalised requests delay the processing time.
- *All Tungsten rings will be shipped within 5 Working Days from when the order is placed

- Major centres 1-2 Working days
- Out-lying areas 3-5 Working days
- Orders can also be collected from our showroom in JHB. As soon as the order is ready for collection, we will inform you by e-mail.

- For orders up to R50,000 we use The Courier Guy
- For orders over R50 000, we use Ram Hand to Hand courier service.
- Parcel are fully insured for your piece of mind
