She handles the paperwork, accounts, and admin like a pro, keeping the business afloat while still managing to greet every visitor with a warm smile. Somehow, the combination of spreadsheets, Spoegwolf, and Alanis Morissette makes her both a rock and a vibe.

If gemstones could talk, they’d probably ask for Shan. He’s one of South Africa’s rising stars in the world of gem cutting—fast, precise, and seriously passionate about his craft (think Lewis Hamilton meets geology).
Shan started cutting stones back in school and hasn’t stopped since. Today, he runs his own in-house business, offering custom gem cutting, stone consultation, and plenty of knowledge that would put most textbooks to shame. Whether you’re dreaming up a one-of-a-kind cut or just curious about what’s inside a sapphire, Shan’s your guy.
He’s sharp with tools, sharper with facts, and just cool enough to make geology sound like rock ‘n roll.
